Seaweed Fertiliser

Seaweed is a broad-spectrum fertiliser which promotes plant growth above and below the ground - and Mitch says that his patch wouldn’t be what it is without it!

Always check with your local council about their rules on taking seaweed from beaches and be sure that you always treat everything with respect. It's also much easier to collect the dried stuff than the wet stuff as it's not as heavy!

You'll find when you make your seaweed fertiliser it will produce a thick viscosity and a dark liquid that you can then use on your patch.

You must use this as a concentrated liquid so adding a cap of 50 - 100ml to a full watering can.
