Brassica Cage

A brassica cage is beneficial for Summer and Winter growing and are easy to build yourself!

Decide on an easy access point to get into your brassica cage where you can lift the netting on and off a little easier. Before the cage is totally finished, get your tent pegs and make sure there are no gaps, you don’t want the cabbage white butterflies getting in, your brassicas will be destroyed!

Make sure to keep them close enough away from the edge of the cage as butterflies will still fly onto leaves and lay eggs on the leaves if they're close to the net.
